By placing an order with Mediprox Bangladesh, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment

• Orders under ৳5,000: Full COD — cash or bKash/Nagad/Upay on delivery.

• Orders ৳5,000–15,000: A confirmation advance of ৳200–500 is required (deducted from total); refundable if the product is found defective.

• Orders above ৳15,000, or outside courier COD limits: 100% advance payment required via bKash/Nagad/Upay/bank transfer.

• A 2% discount applies to any order paid in full advance.

2. Delivery

• Same-day delivery (within Dhaka City): available for orders confirmed before 12:00 PM. Delivery charge ৳120 for 0.20–0.50 kg, ৳150 for 0.50-2.0 kg.

• Standard delivery (within Dhaka City): 24–48 hours.

• Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days via courier, charge calculated by weight/zone at checkout.

• Tracking number provided after dispatch.

3. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is treated as a delivery refusal (see Section 5).

4. Product Authenticity

All products are 100% original with official brand warranty.

5. Inspection

Please inspect the item carefully at the time of delivery. Open-box inspection before payment is available only if the courier service supports it — otherwise, inspect immediately after payment and report any issue right away, with photo/video proof.

6. Delivery Refusal

Refusing delivery without a valid reason (damage/wrong item) will incur the return courier charge, charged at cost per courier rate, deducted from any refund or advance.

7. After Delivery

• Courier-related issues (damage, wrong item, missing accessories) — report within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof for immediate resolution.

• Manufacturer defects — covered under the standard warranty period as per the warranty card.

8. Exchange & Refund Policy

Unopened/unused products in original packaging may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery, subject to inspection. Opened devices are not eligible for exchange or refund — only warranty service applies. Advance payments are non-refundable except where the product is confirmed defective on arrival.

9. Warranty Registration

Please retain your warranty card/invoice — it is required for any warranty claim. Warranty is void if the seal or serial number is tampered with.

10. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the price confirmed at order placement is final for that order.
