This document outlines the standard order process at Mediprox Bangladesh, from product selection to delivery confirmation — whether you order through our website, WhatsApp, or social media.

1. Ways to Order

• Website: www.mediproxbd.com — browse, add to cart, and checkout directly

• WhatsApp: 01341069591 — send us the product name/link and we'll confirm details and place the order for you

• Facebook / Instagram: message @mediproxbd directly, or comment on a product post and we'll follow up via DM

2. Order Journey

Step 1: Product Selection  —  Browse by category or brand, or ask our team for a recommendation based on your needs (e.g., which BP monitor suits an elderly parent).

Step 2: Order Placement  —  Confirm the product, quantity, delivery address, and preferred payment method — via website checkout or directly with our WhatsApp/social team.

Step 3: Order Confirmation  —  We confirm your order with a summary of items, price, delivery charge, and total payable. For advance-payment orders, payment instructions are shared at this stage.

Step 4: Payment  —  Depending on order value: full COD, a confirmation advance, or full advance payment (see Section 3).

Step 5: Processing & Dispatch  —  Orders confirmed before 12:00 PM (Dhaka) are processed same day; others are processed the next working day. You'll receive a dispatch notification once handed to courier.

Step 6: Delivery  —  Delivered via Pathao or Steadfast Courier, per the delivery timelines in our Terms & Conditions. A tracking number is shared after dispatch.

Step 7: Inspection & Final Payment  —  For COD orders, inspect the item and complete payment at delivery. For prepaid orders, simply inspect and confirm receipt.

Step 8: After-Sales Support  —  Retain your invoice and warranty card. Reach out via WhatsApp for any warranty, return, or product-usage support.

3. Payment at a Glance

• Orders under ৳5,000: Full COD — cash or bKash/Nagad/Upay at delivery

• Orders ৳5,000–15,000: A confirmation advance of ৳200–500 (deducted from total)

• Orders above ৳15,000 or outside courier COD limits: 100% advance payment required

• 2% discount applies to any order paid in full advance

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

• Address, quantity, or product changes can be made any time before dispatch — just message us with your order number

• Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch

• Once dispatched, cancellation is treated as a delivery refusal (see Return & Refund Policy)

5. Order Confirmation Checklist

Before we dispatch, we confirm the following with every customer:

• Correct product, model, and quantity

• Full delivery address with area/district and a reachable phone number

• Payment method and, where applicable, advance payment received

• Any special delivery instructions (preferred time, alternate contact, etc.)
