We want you to be fully confident in every purchase from Mediprox Bangladesh. This Return & Refund Policy explains when a return, exchange, or refund is available, and how to request one.

1. Return Eligibility Window

• Unopened, unused products in original packaging (including seals, accessories, and warranty card) may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery.

• Opened or used devices are not eligible for return or refund — these are covered under the manufacturer's standard warranty instead (see Section 5).

• All returns are subject to inspection before approval.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned once the packaging is opened, even if unused:

• Test strips, lancets, and other single-use consumables

• Baby diapers and diaper pants (SafeNest)

• Breast pump parts that contact skin or milk (e.g., flanges, valves, tubing)

• Any product where the manufacturer's hygiene seal has been broken

These items may still be eligible for exchange if received damaged, defective, or incorrect — see Section 3.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received

If your order arrives damaged, defective on arrival, incorrect, or missing accessories, you are covered regardless of the categories above:

• Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp (01341069591) or email (mediproxbd@gmail.com)

• Include your order/invoice number and clear photos or a short video of the item and packaging

• We will arrange a free replacement, exchange, or full refund, whichever is appropriate — no return shipping cost to you in these cases

4. Change of Mind Returns

• If you simply change your mind, the item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging, requested within 3 days of delivery.

• Return courier charges for change-of-mind returns are borne by the customer.

• A refund is issued only after the returned item passes inspection at our end.

5. Manufacturer Warranty (Opened/Used Products)

Once a device has been opened or used, it is no longer eligible for return or refund. Any manufacturing defect discovered after use is covered under the product's standard brand warranty, as stated on the warranty card:

• Contact us with your invoice and warranty card to initiate a warranty claim

• Warranty is void if the seal or serial number has been tampered with, or if the defect resulted from misuse, accident, or unauthorized repair

• Warranty claims are resolved through the brand's official service channel, coordinated by Mediprox on your behalf

6. Refund Method & Timeline

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bKash/Nagad/Upay/bank transfer) used at purchase

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of the returned item passing inspection

• For orders paid partly or fully in advance, any applicable return courier charge (see Section 4) will be deducted before the refund is issued

• Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded via bKash/Nagad/Upay to a number you provide, as cash refunds are not issued after courier settlement

7. How to Request a Return or Refund

• Our team will confirm eligibility and share pickup or drop-off instructions

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll confirm the outcome — replacement, exchange, or refund — within 2–3 working days

8. Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled free of charge any time before dispatch

• Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is treated as a delivery refusal and may incur the return courier charge
